We are providing & supplying of Color Release Agent for making of Artifex Concrete. Powder Release Agents are dusted over freshly placed concrete just before the initial stamping process is to begin. Powder release agent will not only act as a bond breaker for the stamps, but once the excess powder is washed off the following day, it will add a second coloring effect to the textured surface. They impart subtle color contrast while acting as a bond breaker to prevent the Artifex Concrete mats or skins from sticking to the concrete and disturbing the imprint texture.
We are providing & supplying of Concrete Color Hardener for making of Artifex Concrete. The multitude of products, like color hardeners, available for coloring concrete and no one has to settle for for lackluster gray. Using color hardener produces a stronger, brighter, more durable concrete surface than using integral color alone. First, integral color is easier to use. No application is required, and there's no mess.
We are providing & supplying of Concrete sealer for making of Artifex Concrete. The final step in the installation of Artifex concrete is to apply a sealer suitable for exterior exposure conditions.
Protecting and properly maintaining that concrete will keep it looking spectacular for many years to come while extending its service life. And even if the surface begins to show wear after years of exposure to traffic and the environment, you can often restore its original beauty with special cleaning, stain removal, and polishing products.
- Cost Effective
- Protects surface from abrasion and wear
- The make easier to clean and maintain
Step 1: Sub Grade Preparation
The sub grade makes a big diffrence in the overall performance and structural integrity of the concrete. It must be well compacted to help prevent drainage and soil erosion under the concrete.
Step 2: Placing The Forms
Forms made from wood, metal or plastic are attached to stakes to contain the concrete in the area desired. Forms should be in good condition, set to provide the proper slope or grade for drainage & are erected to create clean corners.
Step 3: Placing The Concrete
The most common method for placing concrete is to have the ready-mix truck pull up to the placement area & deposit the concrete from the chute. The type of concrete used is also crucial for successful placement & so is proper slump and mix design.
Step 4: Screeding & Finishing The Concrete
The work done immediately following concreteplacement is critical, since this is when you must create the perfect canvas for decorative stamping. The two most important factors are that the surface is leveled to prevent any low or high spots, & that cement paste is brought to the surface to permit a well-defined imprint.
Step 5: Applying Color
There are multiple ways to color concrete.
Step 6: The Ramming Process
This process require short time. The layout should be diagramed ahead of time & there should be enough labour in hand for the volume of work to be done. Typically, the edges are pre-textured first because when the larger mould are used, they may overlap the depressed into the concrete.
Step 7: Curing Concrete
The purpose of curing is to retain sufficient moisture content for a long enough time to allow the necessary properties of the concrete to develop. With proper curing, concrete becomes denser & less permeable, resulting in an overall increase in strength and durability.
Step 8: Sealing The Concrete
A sealer helps enrich the color of concrete, adds sheen to the surface, reduces chances of discoloration due to efflorescence & blocks stains from dirt, chemicals, leaves, etc.
